Town of Highlands Ambulance

Town of Highlands Ambulance (TOHA) has been proudly serving the community since 1953.

As a Basic Life Support provider, we operate two fully equipped ambulances 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are defibrillator trained and equipped, and we carry several life saving medications. Our members respond to over 600 calls a year within the Town of Highlands, NY and provide mutual aid to neighboring communities. All of our members are highly trained individuals with a strong sense of community pride and dedication.

We also provide services to the community like medical support at various town and high school sporting events, community CPR training, blood pressure screenings, Girl Scout and school presentations, and proudly host the annual Fall Foliage Festival.

About Us

In the 1950s, forty men and women saw a need for aiding the sick and injured of their community. And so, on June 8th, 1953 an extraordinary group of citizens founded Town of Highlands Ambulance. Since then, we've worked to uphold what they started.
